I arrived on a Thursday, then realised I couldn’t leave until the following Tuesday to head North!

Beautiful, very relaxing Island. Good walking, gorgeous waters, mainly pebbly beaches.

I stayed at Anna’s Studios, just up the hill from the jetty, but Michalis the owner will collect you when you arrive, and drop you when you depart. This is very handy when you’re like me and can’t pack light!! He is so friendly and welcoming. He gave me the choice of 2 Seaview rooms when I arrived. I chose the one on the first floor with a great view, over the top floor with a more panaoramic view. I just liked the feel of that room more. He will answer all your questions about the local area and point you in the right direction. He also owns the local Bakery which holds a variety of very tasty traditional Greek treats.

The daily cleaning lady is also lovely, and does a fab job of keeping these studios spotless.

Although I didn’t stay at The Kosmos Studios, I did visit them and would highly recommend these too. Spotlessly clean, great hosts, and only a short walk back from the gorgeous promenade.
